We’re looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to join a high-performing digital experience and innovation team, working on complex transformation programmes for some of the region’s leading organisations.

This is a consultative, client-facing UX role for someone who can take ownership of the entire design journey, from understanding the initial problem and conducting research through to prototyping, testing, validation and delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, product teams and fellow designers, acting as a trusted UX advisor while helping shape the standards and best practices of a growing UX Centre of Excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end UX engagements, covering discovery, research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, testing and validation.
• Plan, facilitate and synthesise user research and usability testing, translating insights into clear design decisions.
• Conduct UX Expert Reviews and Heuristic Evaluations, identifying usability issues and providing practical, evidence-based recommendations.
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centred experiences.
• Facilitate discovery and design workshops with senior clients and stakeholders.
• Establish and apply UX frameworks, methodologies, standards and best practices across the wider design function.
• Champion accessibility, inclusive design and evidence-based UX practices.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams across digital, technology, product and transformation.
• Mentor other designers and contribute to the continued development of the UX Centre of Excellence.
• Produce thought leadership, case studies, UX playbooks and content for internal and external design publications.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be an experienced UX practitioner with a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to take complex digital products and services from discovery through to delivery.

You should be comfortable moving between hands-on UX work and senior stakeholder conversations, with experience across areas such as:

User Research • Usability Testing • Journey Mapping • Interaction Design • Prototyping • Heuristic Evaluation • UX Strategy • Workshop Facilitation • Accessibility • Inclusive Design • Design Thinking • Stakeholder Management

You’ll need excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, defend design decisions with evidence and advise senior stakeholders.

Previous experience within a consultancy, digital agency, innovation lab or complex enterprise environment would be particularly valuable.
