Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas / EPC Sector Location: Doha, Qatar Industry: Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial Services (Scaffolding, Insulation, Maintenance) Seniority: Mid–Senior Level
The Business Development role focuses on securing projects, building EPC relationships, and expanding market presence.
Job Description:• Identifying and securing new business opportunities in Oil & Gas and EPC projects• Building strong relationships with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders• Generating leads, participating in tender opportunities, and converting them into contracts• Promoting company services and expanding the company’s market presence• Monitoring upcoming projects and market opportunities within the sector
Qualifications• Minimum 10+ years of experience in business development within Oil & Gas or EPC sectors• Strong network and established relationships with industry stakeholders in Qatar• Proven track record in securing projects and contracts• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills• Strong understanding of EPC project cycles and tendering processes• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field is preferred
