Job Title: O&M /Facilities Manager Location: Envac Qatar WLL, Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations & Maintenance (O&M) / Facilities Manager in QATAR to oversee the total lifecycle management of assets, infrastructure, and facility systems. He will lead a multidisciplinary technical team to ensure optimal infrastructure and building performance, absolute safety compliance, and maximum cost efficiency. This role requires a strong balance of technical engineering expertise, contractor management, and strategic financial oversight. Responsibilities Technical Operations: Direct the routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of all hard services, including HVAC, MEP, firefighting systems, civil works, and central utilities. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor an in-house technical team, shift supervisors, and third-party soft-service vendors (cleaning, security, waste management). Vendor Management: Draft Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs); manage, audit, and hold external contractors accountable. Financial Oversight: Develop, track, and optimise annual operational and capital expenditure (OPEX/CAPEX) budgets. Energy Management: Analyze utility consumption patterns to implement carbon-reduction and energy-saving initiatives across all facility nodes. HSEQ Compliance: Enforce strict health, safety, environmental, and quality assurance standards in line with Civil Defence and Qatari national guidelines. System Automation: Administer and leverage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS / CAFM) to ensure data-driven asset management and 100% inventory accuracy.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Local License: Active and valid UPDA / MMUP Grade A or B Engineer Registration in Qatar is mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in facilities management or building operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within Qatar or the GCC. Certifications: Professional credentials such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) are highly advantageous. Language: Professional-level fluency in English is required; Arabic bilingual proficiency is a strong advantage. Visa: Hold a valid NOC
