Job Details

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Monitor production processes and product quality, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of QC inspectors and technicians, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. Oversee the inspection and testing of mechanical components and assemblies, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality requirements. Prepare and present quality metrics, trends, and non-conformance reports to management. Investigate quality issues and non-conformances, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

CCS (Client) approval need. University degree, or equivalent; Seven (7) years inspection experience, three (3) years experience in oil, gas and petrochemical plants quality supervision related to his specific construction discipline.
