Job Details

Job description

  • Advanced Diagnostics at system, application, and infrastructure level.
  • Root‑cause analysis for major/recurring incidents; own permanent fixes.
  • Manage OEM support cases under SLA.
  • Configuration, firmware, and software maintenance; coordinate upgrades.
  • Preventive maintenance and predictive monitoring.
  • Maintain design documents, SOPs, and knowledge base; mentor Level‑2 staff.
  • Provide technical assessment to Change Advisory Board.
  • Perform Level‑2 diagnosis, hardware swaps, and escalate design issues.


Requirements

  • Aruba (ACMA/ACSA) or Cisco (CCNA).


  • ITIL Foundation.


  • 3+ years hands‑on experience in similar environments.
