We are looking for an experienced Senior L2 Operations Engineer to provide operational support across Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) and client's Network Engineer (ENE) production environments.
???????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????• Telecom domain experience.• Strong operational knowledge of Ericsson ENM and ENE.• L2 production operations/support experience.• Experience with order orchestration and revenue-assurance-related data fixes.• Production incident troubleshooting and RCA.• Automated build/deployment pipeline experience.• Release and deployment coordination.• Scripting capability using Python and/or Groovy, alongside shell scripting.• Strong customer-facing communication skills.
