Job description
·Provide administrative support to ensure that office operations are
maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
·Technical Assistant is a key role ensures that technical and
administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support the technical
personals in the delivery of all IT services and projects.
RequirementsRESPONSIBILITIES
·Prepare, type, format a wide variety of documentation including
correspondence, memos, forms, statistical charts report and other documents.
Also, Review and edit reports.
·Maintain calendar and schedule meetings.
·Maintain office filing system including paper files/file cabinets,
shared electronic files and confidential records.
·Attend meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes of meeting and
distribute them.
·Coordinate schedules and activities and tracking progress and results
of projects.
·Assist in developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for
meeting future hardware needs.
·Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment Contracts and
manage contract-based installations.
·Recommend, schedule, and perform PC, hardware and peripheral equipment
improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
·Performing administrative tasks in an office setting.
·Read, understand, analyze and evaluate technical documents.
·Answer and respond to users and customer calls and mails.
·Prepare knowledgebase articles and videos for all IT services and
deliver them for users.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
·Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures.
·Computer skills including the ability to operate software, including MS
Office Suite.
·Effective organizational and written communication skills.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
·The candidates should be Fluent in English - written and spoken and
additionally English /Arabic written and spoken is preferred.
·Relevant work experience as per Article 4.2.4 of Appendix A.
·A minimum of 12 years’ experience working in an IT environment is
preferred.
·Good numerical skills and basic statistical knowledge
