The driver/merchandiser drops merchandisers who manage other shops on their way to their area in the morning and returns them to the company in the evening.
Shift some of the merchandisers who drop by in the morning to another shop nearby after their display at that shop.
If any outlet has inventory at night, drop the merchandiser at that outlet there at night.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record, demonstrating safe and responsible operation of vehicles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a related field, with a proven track record in sales support.
- Familiarity with retail merchandising principles, planograms, and visual display techniques.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills to effectively balance driving and in-store merchandising duties.
