We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage.

As the Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Food & Beverage division at Raffles & Fairmont Doha, supporting the overall F&B vision, commercial strategy, and luxury positioning of both brands. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences across all F&B outlets and services.

You will lead and develop high-performing teams, strengthen leadership capabilities, and use performance insights to optimise revenue, costs, productivity, and service standards. Working closely with the executive leadership, you will translate strategic priorities into effective execution while identifying opportunities to elevate the F&B offering and strengthen the property’s market position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the strategic direction of the Food & Beverage division, translating business objectives into focused commercial and operational priorities
• Partner with the hotel's leadership team to drive revenue growth, profitability, market positioning, and long-term F&B performance
• Oversee the operational performance of restaurants, bars, banqueting, in-room dining, and other F&B touchpoints, ensuring consistent execution of strategic plans
• Analyse revenue, profitability, labour productivity, food and beverage costs, guest feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities and guide decision-making
• Contribute to annual budgets, business plans, forecasting, capital planning, and commercial initiatives that support sustainable growth
• Identify and develop new concepts, revenue streams, partnerships, and guest experiences that enhance the luxury positioning of Raffles & Fairmont Doha
• Drive service excellence and operational consistency, ensuring F&B experiences reflect the distinctive standards and personality of both luxury brands
• Lead and develop F&B leadership teams, strengthening accountability, succession planning, talent development, and a culture of high performance
• Work cross-functionally with Culinary, Finance, Sales & Marketing, Rooms, and other stakeholders to align F&B strategy with wider business objectives
• Maintain strong operational visibility through regular performance reviews, outlet engagement, and structured follow-up on key business priorities
• Champion innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement across the F&B operation while balancing guest expectations with commercial realities
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, food safety, regulatory requirements, and operational controls across the division
• Act as a key strategic partner, providing insight, leadership, and execution support across divisional and property-wide priorities

What will you bring to this role?

• Significant senior-level Food & Beverage leadership experience within luxury hotels and/or resorts
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-outlet F&B operations with a strong understanding of commercial strategy and operational performance
• Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into measurable revenue, profitability, service, and operational outcomes
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, cost management, and performance optimisation
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and empower diverse leadership teams within a high-performance environment
• Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations, service excellence, F&B trends, and market positioning
• Experience in developing concepts, driving innovation, and identifying new revenue opportunities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across executive and operational teams
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and strategic planning capabilities
• Relevant hospitality, business, or Food & Beverage qualification, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and demonstrated professional experience
