We are looking for a skilled and hygienic Juice Maker to prepare fresh juices, shakes and other beverages. Candidates with South Indian food & beverage experience are preferred. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of fruits, juice preparation, presentation and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities Prepare fresh fruit juices, shakes, smoothies and other beverages as per menu. Prepare ingredients by washing, peeling, cutting and storing fruits properly. Operate juicers, blenders and other beverage-making equipment safely. Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation of beverages. Follow standard recipes and portion requirements. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the preparation and service area. Check the freshness and quality of fruits and other ingredients. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages. Store fruits, juices and ingredients properly to maintain freshness. Take customer orders and prepare beverages accurately and quickly. Maintain equipment and report any faults or maintenance requirements. Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
