We are looking for an experienced IT, SCADA & Electrical Interface Engineer Arabic Speaking to support a Business Process Consulting project in the Power Distribution sector . The project focuses on Asset Integrity, process restructuring, requirement management, and As-Is / To-Be process definition . The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to the Power Distribution domain and experience working with functional teams such as IT, SCADA, Electrical, Operations, Maintenance, or related functions .

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with client teams on Power Distribution business processes and asset integrity initiatives .
• Understand and document existing As-Is processes and develop proposed To-Be processes .
• Support Business Process Management, process restructuring, and requirement management activities.
• Prepare and review SOPs, process documents, business requirements and functional documentation .
• Coordinate with IT, SCADA, Electrical, Operations and other functional teams.
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation .
• Participate in workshops and discussions with client teams and senior management .
• Prepare professional presentations, reports and process documentation.
• Support project communication and coordination in English and Arabic .
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business/client stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in the Power Distribution sector . Candidates from any relevant functional department, including: IT SCADA Electrical Operations Maintenance Distribution Network Asset Management Power Distribution Systems Strong understanding of Power Distribution sector processes . Prior experience in Consulting / Business Process Management is highly preferred. Experience in: SOP preparation Requirement management Process documentation As-Is / To-Be process mapping Business process restructuring Process improvement Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interact professionally with client teams and senior management . Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint . Language Requirement Mandatory Arabic Language is Mandatory Arabic Speaking Required Arabic Reading Required Arabic Writing Required Good English communication skills Education Bachelors Degree / Engineering Degree 4 Years in any relevant discipline. Engineering background preferred. Management / Operations Management background will be an added advantage.
