Required Location: Qatar Contract: 1 Year (Extendable) Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models for building construction projects Prepare and review 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolutions with engineering teams Ensure BIM models comply with project requirements, standards, and BIM execution plans Support quantity extraction, model updates, and construction coordination Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams Maintain BIM documentation and version control Requirements: Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering 5 8 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/Coordinator in building construction projects Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools Experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction drawings Strong coordination and communication skills Valid UPDA / MMUP required
