Elite Green is seeking an experienced Tube Fitter to join our EPC project team for instrumentation and process tubing works on oil & gas projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and terminating instrument tubing systems in accordance with P&IDs, isometric drawings, and project specifications.

Key responsibilities:

• Fabricate, bend, and install stainless steel/carbon steel instrument tubing per isometric drawings and hook-up diagrams
• Terminate tubing using compression fittings (Swagelok/Parker type) to correct torque specifications
• Install tubing for pressure, flow, level, and temperature instrumentation, impulse lines, and pneumatic/hydraulic systems
• Read and interpret P&IDs, loop drawings, hook-up drawings, and instrument datasheets
• Perform tube routing, tray/support installation, and cable/tube tray dressing as required
• Conduct pressure/leak testing of completed tubing systems
• Coordinate with instrument technicians and QC/QA for inspection, testing, and punch list closeout
• Ensure work complies with project HSE procedures, especially for hot work, confined space, and working at height
• Maintain accurate records of materials used, tubing runs completed, and test results

Working hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–6 PM (site schedule may vary per project requirements)

Skills

Minimum 3–5 years' experience as a Tube Fitter in Oil & Gas / EPC / Petrochemical projects

Proficient in tube bending (manual and hydraulic benders)

Skilled in compression fitting installation (Swagelok/Parker systems)

Strong knowledge of instrument hook-up drawings, P&IDs, and isometrics

Experience with pressure testing and leak testing procedures

Ability to work at height, in confined spaces, and on rotational/shift schedules

Strong HSE awareness; safety passport/site induction certification preferred

Valid Qatar driving license preferred
