Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 12+ years of total experience in Oil & Gas construction projects, including 08+ years in the GCC in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of lifting operations, lifting plans, crane selection, rigging studies, load calculations, lifting accessories and applicable lifting standards.
Experience in preparation and review of lifting plans, risk assessments, method statements and lifting studies, ensuring compliance with project and client requirements.
Strong knowledge of cranes, lifting equipment, rigging accessories, load charts, critical lifts and safe lifting practices.
Experience coordinating with construction, engineering, HSE and lifting teams to ensure safe and efficient execution of lifting activities.
Client approval from previous projects as Rigging/Lifting Engineer or Appointed Person is highly preferred.
