PROJECT MANAGER – CATERING OPERATIONS, Doha, Qatar
An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale catering operations across multiple sites.
Requirements:
-Minimum 10 years’ experience in industrial, defence or remote-site catering
-At least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing large catering operations
-Strong leadership, financial and operational management skills
-Experience managing kitchen operations, food production, logistics, transport, stores and maintenance
-Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 and food safety standards
-Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
-Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
-Excellent communication, client relationship and team leadership skills

مدير مشروع – عمليات التموين، الدوحة، قطر
هناك فرصة ممتازة متاحة لمدير مشروع ذو خبرة لقيادة عمليات التموين واسعة النطاق عبر مواقع متعددة.
المتطلبات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التموين الصناعي أو الدفاعي أو في مواقع بعيدة
- ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات في دور إداري رفيع يشرف على عمليات التموين الكبيرة
- مهارات قيادة وإدارة مالية وعمليات قوية
- خبرة في إدارة عمليات المطبخ وإنتاج الغذاء واللوجستيات والنقل والمتاجر والصيانة
- معرفة قوية بنظام HACCP وISO 22000 ومعايير سلامة الغذاء
- يفضل وجود شهادة البكالوريوس في إدارة الضيافة أو مجال ذات صلة
- رخصة قيادة سارية والاستعداد للسفر بين المواقع
- مهارات اتصال وبناء علاقات مع العملاء والقيادة الجماعية ممتازة
