- 3-5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and installation
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, welding, fitting, assembly, and erection works
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication and shop drawings
- Experience supervising fabrication and site crews
- Good leadership, planning, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards
