Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to provide functional leadership and L2/L3 support across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud. The consultant will be responsible for Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, Inventory, and Cost Management, with exposure to Asset Lifecycle where applicable. The role will support Es'hail Sat's procurement operations for satellite infrastructure components, services, operating supplies, and other infrastructure-related requirements. Key Responsibilities Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Support Provide L2/L3 functional support across:Procurement Self-Service Procurement Sourcing Supplier Portal Inventory Cost Management Asset Lifecycle, where applicable Analyze and resolve functional issues related to procurement and inventory processes. Support business users and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests. Troubleshoot end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. Procurement Configuration Maintain and configure Procurement Business Units. Configure and maintain procurement approval hierarchies using BPM. Configure document styles and document delivery preferences. Maintain and support supplier master data. Resolve issues related to:Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders Receipts Invoice matching Procurement approvals Support supplier onboarding and supplier portal issues. Sourcing & Supplier Management Support Oracle Fusion Sourcing activities and sourcing events. Configure and troubleshoot supplier-related processes. Support supplier registration and onboarding. Resolve Supplier Portal functional issues. Ensure smooth integration between procurement and supplier processes. Inventory & Cost Management Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Inventory. Support inventory transactions and inventory adjustments. Support cycle count activities. Troubleshoot inventory-related issues. Support integration between Inventory and Financials/Cost Accounting. Coordinate with Finance consultants for P2P and cost accounting issues. Reporting & Data Management Develop and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards for SCM. Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports. Support SCM data extraction and analysis. Perform data loading and migration using:FBDIADFdi Validate data and troubleshoot data-related functional issues. Integration & Oracle Paa SWork with technical teams on Oracle Fusion SCM integrations. Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations with logistics, supplier, and third-party systems. Provide functional inputs for SCM extensions using:OICVBCSAPEXSupport integration testing and issue resolution. Quarterly Release & Testing Support Oracle Fusion quarterly release activities. Assess SCM impact of new Oracle releases. Coordinate regression testing and UAT. Prepare test scenarios and test cases. Coordinate defect resolution with technical and business teams. Ensure SCM functionality remains stable after quarterly updates. Redwood Experience Support and troubleshoot Redwood SCM pages. Provide functional support for Redwood Procurement where applicable. Participate in adoption and validation of new Oracle Redwood functionality. Stakeholder Management Work closely with:Procurement teams Inventory teams Asset Management teams Finance consultants IT teams Integration teams Business users External vendors Conduct requirement discussions and functional workshops. Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer. Coordinate issue resolution across business and technical teams. Required Skills & Experience7+ years of Supply Chain Management experience.4+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud experience.
