Day-to-day operational support for an enterprise Fortinet security estate, covering incident response, troubleshooting, configuration assistance, change management and coordination with vendor TAC. The environment spans NGFW, WAF, Sandbox, ADC and central management and analytics across a multi-site SD-WAN fabric.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven operational support in large-scale, multi-site enterprise network environments
- Hands-on expertise across the Fortinet stack: FortiGate NGFW, FortiWeb, FortiSandbox, FortiADC, FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer
- Practical SD-WAN operations, incident handling and change management to defined SLAs
- Current Fortinet certification at professional or specialist level (FCP / FCSS or equivalent)
- Certification or demonstrable experience in Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Forescout FCSA, Microsoft Azure Administrator and Zscaler ZDTA
- Strong written and spoken English
