A special needs center located in Doha, Qatar is urgently looking to recruit a Clinic Manager to manage the daily operations and develop a strategy for their clinical team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the business strategy for the clinic, in addition to the daily operations management. You will lead all the medical & para medical teams, manage work scheduling & rosters, evaluate performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have strong management skills with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Manage the day to day operations of a medium size clinic Design a roster structure and scheduling of the clinical staff for effective utilization of resources
Qualifications & Skill sets
Bachelor's degree in any field2+ years' experience in a clinic or medical center, managing operations. Ability to multi-task Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Excellent communication skills in English Excellent communication skills in Arabic is desired
