Job Details

Key Responsibilities Project Tracking & Reporting Monitor weekly project progress and deliverables. Maintain project status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project health and performance. Engagement Model Governance Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Prepare and circulate meeting minutes (MoM) with clearly defined action items and ownership. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and accountability. Risk & Dependency Management Identify, document, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies. Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks when necessary. Maintain risk registers and dependency logs. Financial Governance Track project budgets, costs, and forecasts. Monitor budget variances and flag potential overruns. Support financial reporting and compliance activities. Governance Framework Compliance Ensure adherence to project governance policies, methodologies, and best practices. Drive consistency in project reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Support internal audits and compliance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree and/or PMP, PRINCE2 certification is preferred. 8 to 12 years of experience in IT Project Governance, PMO, or Project Management roles. Required Skills Technical Skills Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies. Hands-on experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and similar platforms. Strong knowledge of financial tracking, reporting, and budgeting processes.
