Source and procure engineering materials, equipment, and services.
Review technical specifications, drawings, and purchase requisitions.
Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial quotations, and recommend suppliers.
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with vendors.
Issue purchase orders and monitor order status until delivery.
Coordinate with engineering, project, QA/QC, and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
Develop and maintain supplier relationships and procurement records.
Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
2–3 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas or MEP industry.
Good knowledge of engineering materials, vendor sourcing, and procurement processes.
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is an advantage.
Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
