Job Details

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform routine engineering and design assignments using established engineering principles and practices.
  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of engineering calculations, material quantity take-offs, cost estimates, surveys, technical reports, and design documentation.
  • Support the preparation of material purchase requisitions, service requests, and subcontract documentation.
  • Assist senior engineers in reviewing supplier drawings, technical submittmits, and bid evaluations.
  • Prepare and issue engineering specifications, data sheets, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with CAD/CADD designers and drafters to ensure accurate preparation of engineering drawings.
  • Assist in coordinating design activities with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency, interface compatibility, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
  • Participate in design coordination meetings and support the resolution of technical interface issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, field investigations, sampling, and data collection activities as required.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and engineering standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project objectives.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
  • 0 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles, standards, and practices.
  • Familiarity with engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exposure to CAD/CADD applications is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
