What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform routine engineering and design assignments using established engineering principles and practices.
- Prepare or assist in the preparation of engineering calculations, material quantity take-offs, cost estimates, surveys, technical reports, and design documentation.
- Support the preparation of material purchase requisitions, service requests, and subcontract documentation.
- Assist senior engineers in reviewing supplier drawings, technical submittmits, and bid evaluations.
- Prepare and issue engineering specifications, data sheets, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with CAD/CADD designers and drafters to ensure accurate preparation of engineering drawings.
- Assist in coordinating design activities with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency, interface compatibility, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and support the resolution of technical interface issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Participate in site visits, inspections, field investigations, sampling, and data collection activities as required.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and engineering standards.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project objectives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 0 2 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, standards, and practices.
- Familiarity with engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exposure to CAD/CADD applications is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
