Hiring for a client in Qatar. A leading engineering and construction company is looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee civil construction activities on major Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in marine and infrastructure works while ensuring project quality, safety, and timely execution.
Job Title: Site Engineer (Civil)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities on-site.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and HSE standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Oversee underwater concreting, HDPE installation, and marine construction works.
- Manage scaffolding activities and ensure work quality.
- Prepare site reports, inspections, and progress updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5 8 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Oil & Gas project experience is mandatory.
- Experience in underwater concreting, HDPE installation, scaffolding coordination, and marine works supervision.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
