Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6 or equivalent). Monitor progress against the approved baseline, identify schedule variances, and recommend recovery measures. Prepare periodic progress reports, S-curves, manpower/resource histograms, and schedule dashboards. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure full schedule integration across disciplines. Support change management, variation orders, and claims with schedule-impact analyses. Highlight critical path activities and flag potential delays to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
