Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hotel Management diploma is preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience as a waiter in a fine-dining or luxury hotel environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Knowledge of food service techniques, menu items, and wine pairing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong focus on guest service and attention to detail
- Well-groomed appearance and confident personality
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment
- Familiarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros, Oracle)
