Key Responsibilities Install, commission, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage switchgear systems at customer sites. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and maximum uptime. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement effective corrective actions. Respond promptly to customer service requests, breakdowns, and emergency callouts. Prepare technical service reports, inspection records, and maintenance recommendations. Ensure all service activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations. Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and technical support departments to resolve technical issues. Conduct equipment condition assessments and recommend repairs, upgrades, retrofits, and spare parts. Deliver operational guidance and maintenance training to customer maintenance teams. Prepare Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, training materials, and project handover documentation. Support factory inspections and audits by providing the required technical documentation.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of LV Switchgear systems. Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills in electrical and mechanical systems. Good knowledge of electrical drawings, technical documentation, and maintenance procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments. Willingness to travel to customer sites and respond to emergency service requirements.
