We are seeking an experienced Leadership Coach to support the development of leaders, managers, and high-potential employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-to-one and group leadership coaching. Develop tailored coaching and leadership development plans. Support leaders in enhancing communication, decision-making, and people management skills. Coach leaders through organizational change and transformation. Support employees in building resilience and adapting effectively to change. Partner with HR and management to identify leadership development needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field. Proven experience in leadership or executive coaching. Strong knowledge of change management, resilience, and leadership development. Experience working with senior leaders and managers. Professional coaching certification (ICF or equivalent) is preferred. Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Immediate availability to join.
