The Oil Spill Responder plays a critical role to ensure the response readiness in base is appropriately maintained at the highest standard. The job holder is required to support the Operations Supervisor in managing day to day activities including contractor management, HSE compliance/implementation and engagement with another QatarEnergy departments or with the external stakeholders.
The Oil Spill Responder is also required to lead an efficient and timely response if hydrocarbon spills occurred within the State of Qatar or in other locations as directed by the Division. He/she will perform response operations aligned with international best practices and according to national legislations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least 8 years' experience in oil spill response organisations or offshore/marine oil and gas industry.
- Excellent written and spoken English (minimum QP English Level 4).
- Excellent knowledge of spill response techniques and strategies.
- Must have valid lifting and slinging certificate.
- Must have valid forklift license.
يلعب مُستجيب انسكاب النفط دورًا حاسمًا لضمان أن الاستعداد للرد في القاعدة يحافظ عليه وفق أعلى المعايير. يُطلب من مُشغِّل الوظيفة دعم مشرف العمليات في إدارة الأنشطة اليومية بما في ذلك إدارة المقاولين والامتثال/التطبيق الصحي والسلامة والبيئة والتفاعل مع إدارات أخرى في قطر للطاقة أو مع الأطراف الخارجية.
كما يُطلب من مُستجيب انسكاب النفط قيادة استجابة فعالة وفي الوقت المناسب إذا حدثت انسكابات هيدروكاربونية داخل دولة قطر أو في مواقع أخرى كما تقضي به الإدارة. سيؤدي عمليات الاستجابة بما يتماشى مع أفضل الممارسات الدولية وبموجب التشريعات الوطنية.
الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح
- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في منظمات استجابة الانسكاب النفطي أو صناعة النفط والغاز البحرية/المحيطية.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثًا (المستوى الإنجليزي QP 4 كحد أدنى).
- معرفة ممتازة بأساليب واستراتيجيات الاستجابة للانسكاب.
- ضرورة وجود شهادة رفع وربط وتحميل سارية المفعول.
- ضرورة وجود رخصة رافعة شوكية سارية.
