Lead project planning, scheduling, and monitoring for large-scale EPC building construction projects using Primavera P6.
Develop and maintain Baseline, Target, Recovery, and Catch-up schedules with detailed WBS and CPM logic.
Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Commercial teams to ensure schedule integration.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-Curves, dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
Conduct delay analysis, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and support Extension of Time (EOT) and claims preparation.
Perform resource loading, productivity analysis, manpower histograms, and resource optimization.
Review subcontractor schedules and monitor compliance with contractual milestones and project deliverables.
Evaluate schedule risks and develop mitigation and recovery plans to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project controls procedures, and client reporting standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in planning and project controls for EPC Building Construction Projects.
Proven experience in high-rise buildings, commercial, residential, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or industrial building projects.
Expert proficiency in Primavera P6; knowledge of MS Project and Power BI is an advantage.
Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, WBS development, resource loading, cost and progress monitoring.
Experience in baseline scheduling, recovery planning, delay analysis, EOT claims, and schedule risk assessment.
Excellent knowledge of engineering, procurement, construction sequencing, and project control methodologies.
Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
PMP, PMI-SP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent planning/project management certification is preferred.
Gulf (GCC) experience is highly preferred.
