ELV ENGINEER POSITION (1)

Position: ELV Engineer

Location: Qatar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize ELV systems across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
2. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Public Address (PA), Structured Cabling, and Telecom systems.
3. Diagnose system faults, coordinate repairs, and ensure maximum system availability.
4. Support testing, commissioning, integration, and upgrades of ELV systems.
5. Liaise with clients, OEMs, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
6. Review technical drawings, method statements, and maintenance procedures.
7. Prepare maintenance reports, incident reports, and technical documentation.
8. Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defence (QCDD), Kahramaa, client requirements, and relevant international standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV systems within industrial facilities, commercial buildings, airports, hospitals, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
3. Facility Management (FM) experience in Qatar is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
4. Strong hands-on knowledge of:

• Building Management Systems (BMS), CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems (ACS), Public Address (PA) Systems, Telecom & Structured Cabling Systems, IP Networking fundamentals, Experience in troubleshooting and integrating multi-vendor ELV systems., Familiarity with fire alarm interfaces, HVAC controls, BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP, and other communication protocols is an advantage., Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and as-built documentation., Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills., Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

1. Must be locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa and valid NOC.
2. Immediate joining is preferred.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in large-scale Facility Management contracts., Exposure to CAFM/CMMS platforms., Experience working with leading OEMs such as, Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Bosch, Hikvision, Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher, Avigilon, or similar., Knowledge of QCDD, Ashghal, and Qatar construction and FM standards is an added advantage.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER POSITION (1)

Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: Qatar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Design, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical and automation systems.

Support commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.

Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

Diagnose faults in PLCs, SCADA systems, MCCs, VFDs, and instrumentation.

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to improve system reliability.

Ensure compliance with applicable standards and safety requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in utilities, manufacturing, infrastructure, or oil & gas sectors.

Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, VFDs, industrial networks, and power distribution systems.

Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial equipment.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.

Must be locally available in Qatar with transferable visa and NOC.

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR POSITION (1)

Position: Electrical Supervisor

Location: Qatar

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise electrical maintenance and installation activities in industrial environments.

Manage electricians and technicians to ensure timely completion of maintenance works.

Troubleshoot electrical systems, motors, MCCs, VFDs, PLC panels, and control systems.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Coordinate shutdowns, preventive maintenance, and emergency interventions.

Prepare reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of industrial experience.

Strong knowledge of industrial power distribution, motors, PLCs, VFDs, and automation systems.

Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.

Ability to lead teams and manage multiple tasks.

Valid Qatar driving license is an advantage.

Must be locally available in Qatar with transferable visa and NOC.

Skills

ELV ENGINEER SKILLS: Strong hands-on knowledge of:
