We Are Hiring for MEP Procurement Engineer - Doha Qatar!

Job Summary

Manage the procurement of MEP materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring cost-effective sourcing, quality compliance, and timely delivery to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute procurement activities for MEP projects.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Review technical specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.

• Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to meet project milestones.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company policies, and Qatar standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of MEP procurement experience in construction projects.

• Experience in the Qatar/GCC construction market is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
