Roles & Responsibilities

To assemble, dismantle, inspect, and maintain pumps and related mechanical components while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met.

Assemble and dismantle pumps and related mechanical components. Perform assembly and disassembly as per engineering instructions and quality standards. Use power tools, wrenches, and mechanical tools safely and effectively. Inspect pump components before assembly for quality and suitability. Measure components and record inspection and assembly reports. Prepare components and workstations for assembly operations. Conduct final quality checks to ensure proper pump functionality. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area. Report defects, abnormalities, or quality issues. Complete assigned work within production schedules while following HSE and safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance, or pump manufacturing. Hands-on experience using power tools, wrenches, and assembly equipment. Knowledge of mechanical assembly and disassembly procedures. Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred). Ability to inspect, measure, and maintain quality standards during assembly.
