Senior Software Engineer / SME – Oracle ASAP, UIM & CI/CD

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer / SME with 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle ASAP, Oracle UIM, and CI/CD pipeline implementation within the telecom domain.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Oracle ASAP (7.x) and UIM (7.4.x/8) solutions. Perform ASAP and UIM installation, upgrades, configuration, and data migration in production environments. Develop and maintain ASAP/UIM cartridges using Oracle Design Studio. Troubleshoot provisioning, inventory, and integration issues across telecom systems. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Artifactory, Docker, Harbor, and Kubernetes. Automate build, deployment, and infrastructure processes. Support Web Logic administration, tuning, scaling, and patch management. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure reliable delivery and platform performance.

Required Skills

Oracle ASAP cartridge development and upgrade experience. Oracle UIM cartridge development, customization, and integration using APIs and web services. Oracle Design Studio expertise. Telecom provisioning experience with network elements (preferably Nokia). Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP web services, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL. Unix/Linux and Shell scripting (Bash). Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Artifactory, Harbor. Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation skills. Knowledge of telecom domains including GSM, Voice, Data, DSL, and VoIP.

Preferred Experience

TMF/e TOM, SID, Oracle RODOD/RSDOD. Web Logic administration and clustered deployments. CI/CD security, compliance, and pipeline-as-code practices.
