As ULTA Beauty prepares to launch in Qatar, we're looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to play a key role in shaping the customer journey and bringing our brand promise to life across every touchpoint.
In this role, you'll lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and ensure a consistently exceptional experience both in-store and online. Working closely with store teams and leadership, you'll champion a customer-first culture while helping to establish ULTA Beauty as a leading beauty destination in Qatar.
What you'll be doing:• Developing and implementing customer experience strategies across retail stores• Leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to deliver outstanding customer service• Monitoring customer feedback, reviews, and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for improvement• Partnering with marketing teams on promotions, loyalty initiatives, and in-store events• Analyzing customer insights and behaviour to enhance the overall shopping experience• Resolving escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy• Ensuring store environments reflect a premium and welcoming beauty experience
We're looking for candidates with:• 7+ years of experience in customer experience, retail operations, or store management• Strong leadership and team development skills• Experience using CRM and customer feedback tools• A strong understanding of customer expectations within beauty, cosmetics, luxury, or retail environments• A passion for beauty, skincare, and delivering exceptional customer service
