Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Trainer to deliver technical training programmes, develop training materials, assess trainee performance, and support the continuous improvement of electrical training standards. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.

Desired Candidate Profile

.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering

• Training Methodology Certification (Train the Trainer) is required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, including at least 1 year in a training or learning & development role

• Experience in Medium Voltage (MV) or High Voltage (HV) electrical systems is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of training delivery, competency assessment, and technical skills development

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required

  
  

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in delivering technical training programmes and practical learning sessions

• Capable of developing training materials, lesson plans, and competency-based learning content

• Adept at evaluating trainee performance, conducting assessments, and supporting certification activities

• Experience managing training equipment, workshops, and instructional resources

• Proficiency in promoting continuous improvement while maintaining training quality standards

• Effective coaching and mentoring abilities with a strong focus on learner development

• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination capabilities
