Internal Communication:

Manager - Investments Accounting and operations Auditors

Purpose:

To help managing the portfolio, provide analysis of existing and potential investments, performance reporting and monitoring. To reconcile with accounting books and make sure that the operations and accounting are updating the accounting books. For the annual and recurring audit reviews.

External Communication:

Investment and Brokerage Firms Reuters and Bloomberg

Purpose:

Data collection, funds analysis, research and gain insight on markets, and place trading orders if the Investment Manager is not available. Essential for the work flow to monitor the portfolio of investments and the financial markets and gain insights on the markets

Occupational Health & Safety and Environment

Accountability:

Are accountable for their acts and omissions.

Responsibility:

To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.

Authority:

To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
