Trainer Electricity
Responsibilities
* Plan, organize, and deliver training programs
* Lead, coach, assess, and certify trainees
* Maintain and continuously improve training resources, courses, and delivery methods
* Ensure compliance with company standards and management systems( Quality Assurance, ISO, Risk Management, ISMS)
* Promote and enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Requirements* Must haveTraining methodology Certification (Train of The Trainer)
Mandatory bachelor in Electrical Engineering and experience in Medium Voltage or High Voltage
* Must be a bilingual (English and Arabic)speaker & writer
* Must have at least 5 years of experience in engineering and ideally 1 year in training and development area
