Roles & Responsibilities
You ll need to be team oriented and flexible, with a really good approach to electronic repair and troubleshooting. You ll be cross-trained on our products and you ll be expected to follow complex schematics in isolating issues and in assembly. You ll be resolving issues, troubleshooting, installing, servicing, and repairing equipment at customer sites. That includes working on some special high-visibility projects and following up with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting daily service and repair needs and drive customer satisfaction
- Install, repair and maintain equipment in the field; providing customer training as required
- Document all inspections, maintenance, and repair work
- Reviews all logs for open issues and prepares formal reports to customers
- Assesses product and equipment performance and recommend modifications or improvements
You ll work closely with colleagues and Technical Support staff. This is a role that requires some travel, and may also require the ability to work outside of normal business hours.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Education/Training:
- Associates Degree or equivalent technical training.
- Electrical/Electronic Engineering related Degree.
- Computer literacy required, Experience with Mechanical, Electrical and advantage with IT/Networks experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of three years overall relevant experience directly involved in troubleshooting and field repair of electrical and electronic systems and equipment.
- FSE s should have a minimum of two years field experience with Electro-mechanical systems and preferred knowledge in IT networks.
- Candidate should have experience in installation, Integration, Testing and commissioning.
