We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the exchange house, banking, or financial services sector and possess excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Key Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field8–10 years of finance management experience, preferably in an exchange house, banking, or financial services environment Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, and Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations. Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, audits, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder management. Experience leading finance transformation, process automation, and ERP/financial system implementation projects. Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities. Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management. Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports. Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
