Job Purpose The Finance Manager – Holding Company is responsible for overseeing and managing the full accounting function across multiple entities within the group, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with IFRS standards. The role involves leading financial close processes, managing group consolidation and intercompany activities, and driving strong internal controls and governance. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with auditors, tax advisors, and senior leadership to support strategic decision-making, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance financial performance across the organisation.
