Job Description:Experience:Experience in Science, Engineering or Business Administration or related field
Professional Membership and Certifications EFQM certified assessor
Skills:Knowledge of all policies, frameworks and rules required to perform the job. Strong knowledge the EFQM excellence model with sold experience in using it for performance improvement in organizations. Strong knowledge and experience in quality management principles and methodologies. Data analysis and interpretation. Project management skills. Knowledge of strategic planning and strategic management (BSC is preferred) Solid experience in KPIs development and targets setting.
