Roles & Responsibilities

• Job Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain UV Printers, Eco-Solvent Printers, and Dye Sublimation Printers

  • Manage print production processes and ensure high-quality output

  • Perform troubleshooting and resolve minor machine issues

  • Work with RIP software, particularly SAi PhotoPRINT

  • Assist in operating and maintaining Laser Machines and CNC Machines

  • Monitor color accuracy and maintain color management standards

  • Ensure smooth workflow and timely production delivery

  Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with UV, Eco-Solvent, and Dye Sublimation printing machines

  • Proficiency in SAi PhotoPRINT RIP software

  • Basic understanding of ONYX RIP Software

  • Familiarity with print heads:

    • Konica 1024A / 1024I

    • Epson I3200 / I1600

  • Knowledge of print production workflow and color management

  • Ability to troubleshoot machine-related issues

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi

  Job Details:

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing technology preferred.
• Relevant certifications in printing equipment operation or maintenance are a strong asset.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a commercial printing environment.
• Proven experience operating and troubleshooting specific printing press types (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, Xerox).
