Key Responsibilities


Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems, equipment, and engineering processes.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and project documentation.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
Identify technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with industry standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
Participate in project planning, site inspections, and performance evaluations.



Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in mechanical design, MEP systems, HVAC, piping, manufacturing, or industrial projects is preferred.
Proficiency in engineering software and technical documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Skills: Minimum 8 years of experience in HVAC engineering
Strong knowledge of technical, engineering, estimation, and operational works
Hands-on experience with:
VRF Systems
Chilled Water Systems
Good understanding of HVAC project execution and site coordination
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
