The Team Leader is a professional leader of the assigned product category and is able to enhance the team development and performance and support the customer journey in order to ensure the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals assigned to the reference department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Relevant previous work experience in a luxury boutique
Aligned with the Brand identity, detail oriented, with strong coaching, communication, leadership and management skills
Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and Brand
Deep knowledge of the clothing and accessorize in luxury
Strong computer skills and ability to work effectively with Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred
Fluent English & Arabic, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
