Roles & Responsibilities
About the role
Prepare the annual training program.
Deliver practical and theoretical training sessions.
Supervise the training team.
Organize leave schedules and training courses for team members.
Operate field training facilities in accordance with Fire Service Standard Operating Procedures.
Submit monthly reports to the Fire & Rescue Department on training-related matters.
Deliver training courses for the following roles:
Firefighter
Crew Leader
Watch Officer
Watch Commander
Operations Control Room Supervisor
Ensure proper preparation and timely issuance of all training documentation and certificates.
Ensure that all training activities comply with the latest applicable standards.
Conduct training for other airport staff, the Qatar Amiri Air Force, and Civil Defense when required.
Ensure compliance with the Fire Service Training Manual issued by the Authority.
Organize and document formal training team meetings every three months.
Ensure all training activities are conducted in accordance with the Authority s policies and procedures.
Develop, review, and update fire training presentations.
Supervise the professional development of training department staff.
Ensure the safety and welfare of trainees during all training activities.
Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during all training events.
Record all training details in the Redkite system.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Training Section.

Required Years of Experience 10 years
Academic qualification: Not required
Proficiency in the English language in accordance with QCAR 006 (as amended), ADR.OPS.B.024, and Hamad International Airport (HIA) / Doha International Airport (DIA) Manuals
Communication Certificate issued by the Airport Operating Authority
Required Specialized Training
Firefighter Course
Crew Leader Course
Manager Course
Supervisor Course (if available).
Trainer Qualification
Assessor Qualification
