Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from banking stakeholders.

• Review Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and prepare Functional Specifications and Test Cases.

• Participate in Loan IQ implementation, customization, configuration, and support activities.

• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and production deployments.

• Work closely with business users, developers, system analysts, and vendors to deliver banking solutions.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve Loan IQ functional and interface-related issues.

• Support system integrations with core banking and third-party applications.

• Prepare user documentation, training materials, and process workflows.

• Track changes, enhancements, and implementation activities throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure compliance with banking standards, security policies, and data confidentiality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Finastra Fusion Loan IQ implementation and interface development.

• Strong knowledge of Loan IQ modules, loan processing, accounting, pricing, accruals, and payments.

• Hands-on experience with SDK scripting, Inquiry Scripts, Event Management, Scripted APIs, and Batch Processing.

• Good understanding of syndicated loans, bilateral loans, loan administration, and commercial lending processes.

• Experience with Oracle Database, Stored Procedures, Java/J2EE, XML, and REST APIs.

• Strong experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, functional documentation, SIT, and UAT testing.

• Banking domain experience is mandatory.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
