Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and drive daily sales operations to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring strong market execution and consistent business growth across assigned accounts and territories.
Ensure superior in-store execution standards, including product availability, shelf visibility, planogram implementation, promotional displays, pricing accuracy, and overall brand presence across outlets.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure proper freezer utilization, FIFO implementation, stock rotation, timely correction of execution gaps in the market.
Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives, ensuring route efficiency, target achievement, disciplined market coverage, and continuous team development.
Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and outlet management teams, negotiate opportunities, and ensure smooth operational coordination.
Analyze sales trends, market performance, stock movement, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions where required.
Coordinate closely with sales, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries, optimum stock availability, minimized returns, and smooth execution of promotions.
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and operational updates to management while supporting strategic initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in sales principles.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory leadership capacity within Qatar.
Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a challenging market environment.
Excellent understanding of the Qatari business landscape, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior.
