Roles & Responsibilities
Support delivery of strategy and transformation engagements from planning through execution
Manage PMO activities including governance, project tracking, risk management, and reporting
Prepare executive-level presentations, project updates, and business recommendations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives
Develop project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and status reports
Conduct business analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization
Monitor delivery timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution
Support decision-making through structured analysis and performance reporting
Contribute to change management and transformation initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3–5 years of consulting experience in a reputed consulting/advisory environment
Hands-on exposure to Strategy, PMO, or Business Transformation projects
Strong stakeholder management and project execution capabilities
Ability to structure problems, develop insights, and drive implementation
Experience in executive reporting and presentation preparation
Power BI experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Power BI certifications are advantageous
Candidate should be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate
