Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of strategy and transformation engagements from planning through execution

  • Manage PMO activities including governance, project tracking, risk management, and reporting

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, project updates, and business recommendations

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives

  • Develop project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and status reports

  • Conduct business analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization

  • Monitor delivery timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution

  • Support decision-making through structured analysis and performance reporting

  • Contribute to change management and transformation initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3–5 years of consulting experience in a reputed consulting/advisory environment

  • Hands-on exposure to Strategy, PMO, or Business Transformation projects

  • Strong stakeholder management and project execution capabilities

  • Ability to structure problems, develop insights, and drive implementation

  • Experience in executive reporting and presentation preparation

  • Power BI experience is preferred and will be considered an advantage

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline

  • MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred

  • Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Power BI certifications are advantageous

  • Candidate should be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate
