Roles & Responsibilities
Support delivery of strategy and business transformation engagements from planning to execution.
Manage PMO activities including governance, project tracking, risk management, and reporting.
Prepare executive-level presentations, project updates, dashboards, and business recommendations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project objectives.
Develop project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and status reports.
Conduct business analysis and identify opportunities for process optimization.
Monitor delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution.
Support decision-making through structured analysis and performance reporting.
Contribute to change management and transformation initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
3 to 5 years of experience in a consulting/advisory environment.
Hands-on experience in Strategy, PMO, or Business Transformation projects.
Strong stakeholder management and project execution capabilities.
Ability to structure business problems, develop insights, and support implementation.
Experience in executive reporting, dashboard preparation, and presentation development.
Strong skills in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
Power BI experience will be an added advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline.
MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Power BI certification will be an advantage.
Candidate should be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate to Doha.
Open to working in an on-site consulting engagement.
